Shipping policy

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

The customer agrees to pay for the ordered products, including delivery costs, to Gambits d.o.o., using one of the following payment methods:

Cash on delivery – payable in cash to the courier upon receipt of the order

Credit and debit cards – single payment using:

American Express®

Visa, MasterCard®

Apple Pay

 

The purchase agreement is considered concluded at the moment of payment confirmation.

 

For cash payments, the exact amount must be prepared for the courier upon delivery. The cash-on-delivery service may incur an additional fee.

 

IMPORT DUTIES AND TAXES

 

Import duties, customs fees, taxes, and additional charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs. The customer is responsible for covering these fees. Please check with your country’s customs office for details before purchasing.


DELIVERY INFORMATION

 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING (WITHIN CROATIA)

Regular (2-4 business days) shipping fee: €5

Express (next business day) shipping fee: €7

 

 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING (EU COUNTRIES)

 

Shipping is available to the following countries at a flat rate of €12.

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Czechia, Germany, Hungary, Lithuania, Netherlands, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia

Shipping is available to the following countries at a flat rate of €20.

Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Portugal, Romania, Spain

 

ORDER PROCESSING & DELIVERY TIMES

• Orders are processed on the next business day (Monday-Friday).

• Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours, except during high-demand periods when processing times may be extended.

 

Estimated delivery times:

Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Austria: 2-4 business days

Germany, Belgium, Netherlands: 2-5 business days

Other: 3-6 business days

ORDER CONFIRMATION & TRACKING

 

Once an order is placed, the customer will receive:

1. Order confirmation email within minutes of purchase.

2. Shipping confirmation email with tracking number (usually within 1 business day).

3. Delivery notification via SMS (if a mobile number is provided).

 

Orders can be tracked using the Track & Trace system.
